We are recruiting for a qualified Physiotherapist to join a specialist service supporting young adults with severe, profound learning disabilities and complex needs.

Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

This job is located about 25 minutes from Stevenage.

Salary: £26,540 - £32,040 per annum DOE.

Job Type: Full-time, 40-hours per week, term time only.

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s biggest providers of residential care, supported living accommodation, education, and support for young adults and children living with SEN & Learning Disabilities. They have modern, specialist facilities, and it is an amazing place to work. As their Physiotherapist, you will provide specialist assessment and treatment to the young people. You will work in collaboration with each young person, health services, and other sections of the multi-disciplinary team.

Criteria

• A recognised degree in Physiotherapy (MSc, or BSc in Physiotherapy, with a Learning Disability placement).
• Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
• Previous experience in a Physiotherapy role, preferably with adults in neurorehabilitation and/or a Learning Disability.
• Experience of delivering Hydrotherapy & Rebound Therapy.
