Job description

We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a leading homecare/domiciliary are provider.

Location: Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire/Cleveland.

Salary: £22K - £25K per annum DOE + benefits.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time.

We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic homecare provider part of a national franchise like no other. Rated Outstanding by the CQC, they have developed an excellent reputation in the local community by helping older adults remain independent in their own homes.

As Care Coordinator/Scheduler, your job will be key in managing the planning, coordinating, and scheduling of client support and ensuring continuity of care to clients. You will match carers to clients and manage the staff rotas. You will develop great relationships with clients and carers and liaising with families and other professionals.

Criteria

  • Experience in coordinating/scheduling/planning role – essential.
  • Experience in homecare/domiciliary care – preferred.
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills - essential.
  • Car Driver – essential.
