You would be working within our highly specialist Dementia Care Home set in our Retirement Village which sits in the heart of the community. The Village is located very close to the M6 motorway and a short 10-minute walk from the train station. There are lots of amenities close by and the job vacancies we have are easily commutable from Chorley, Preston, Leyland, and Blackburn via the A6, M65/A678, A49 and A581.

We are very proud of our award-winning retirement village which has set the benchmark for care in the private sector, offering separate communities for independent, assisted, and supported living as well as our specialist dementia care home.
When creating our Dementia Friendly care village, we worked closely with Dementia Care Groups and National Universities who study Dementia friendly design and we are delighted to have received accreditation for our village, its facilities, and our approach. We have thought of everything when it comes to our facilities, including a market square, village pub, cinema, pet shop, hair & beauty salon, tea shop, and bakery to evoke happy memories, everyday living, as well as continuing to promote independent living.
All you need to be one of our Residential Healthcare Assistants, is a big heart and a caring compassionate nature. Experience is not essential as we will provide you full induction training and shadowing with our team.
