Adult Support Worker

£8.65 - £8.91 per hour

Job Description

Full or Part-Time Job vacancy, no experience needed, Adult Support Workers, Blackburn, Lancashire.

We welcome applications from all age groups, and those looking to start or change their career.

Do something rewarding

Our client is one of the UK’s most trusted Supported Living companies. They support adults living with Learning/Physical Disabilities and Mental Health conditions to live independently in their own communities and lead fulfilled lives. After visiting this provider and meeting the CEO and Head of HR, I got a real sense of pride - not just regarding the people they support, but the positive difference they have made to the adults they support. The Chief Executive told me several 'Goosebumps' stories - one was particularly inspiring. One service user had been systematically failed by all previous placements - our client did not let them down. He has since gone on to thrive and flourish and is now so much happier and content!
