Job description

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a Live in Care Business Manager (Non-Registered), Lancaster, Lancashire.  This role will be to drive new business and clients to our Service.

We are recruiting for a well-established Nationally recognized Homecare Provider, rated good with CQC.  They have an excellent reputation and are looking to grow their Live in Care Service by introducing a Live in Care / Business Manager to the team.  

Your Role & Key Information

  • £32-40K per annum, Depending on previous experience.
  • Providing Live in Care across Lancaster, Morecambe & the South Lakes.
  • Care Planning, Risk Assessments & Quality Assurance Visits.
  • Allocating care staff and coordinating the live-in care assistant rotas.
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving.
  • Proactively seeking to grow the live-in care business through networking.
  • Reporting to the Registered Care Manager.
  • Minimum QCF Level 3 Health & social Care.
  • Previous care management or supervisory experience.
