Job description

We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator looking for a new opportunity with a fantastic Homecare provider in the Wirral Area of Merseyside.

Key Information

  • £22K - £25K per annum, NO ON CALL.
  • Contributory Pension of 3%.
  • 40 Hours per week.
  • 7am – 15:00 and 13:00 – 21:00pm on a rota basis.
  • Currently delivering 11’500 hours of care per week.
  • 200 Care Staff & a team of 20 office support.
  • Overall Good CQC Report.
  • Car Driver Essential.

The Wirral Branch

This is a fantastic team; the Registered Manager has been with the Branch since it opened its doors five years ago.  This is the largest branch within their company and has always had an excellent team and reputation.

  • Rota Management to meet service user and care needs.
  • Supporting the staff team, carrying out supervisions and appraisals.
  • Management of annual leave.
  • Management of staff sickness and absence.

You will be an experienced Care Coordinator or have previous experience within the Social Care Sector of planning & scheduling the rota of a large staff team.
