This Domiciliary / Homecare Service is part of a national franchise founded over 30 years’ ago. The owner owns 6 territories, 2 of which are operational the other four to open in the future, which will only open further opportunity for you to develop. This Branch is rated “Good” by the CQC and with a 9.6 rating on a leading homecare review site, provides care and support to older adults living in their own homes. They pride themselves on providing unrivalled support to their clients, but also to their team. Each one deserves credit and rewarding for their dedication and hard work. One of their care assistants makes a 40-minute commute to work for them, testament to how well they treat every one of their team. The owner is friendly and committed to making a difference in the local community, and very passionate about what they do.
With experience in the Domiciliary Homecare Sector, you will have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all the relevant legislation and CQC guidelines. Writing care plans, conducting reviews and quality Assurance visits. You will also have excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
