We are seeking a full-time, permanent, Regional Manager (Learning Disabilities), to oversee Supported Living services across Liverpool and the Merseyside area.
This is an exciting time to be joining this organisation as their portfolio of services is expanding across the region and they are in an exciting period of growth and modernisation.
We are recruiting on behalf of a Registered Charity who were founded in the 1970s by a group of concerned residents who felt more could be done for people living with Mental Health conditions, Learning Disabilities, and challenging behaviours. It was very much felt that more could be done to support people to live independently and promote inclusion. The founders were very much of the opinion, “we can do more, we can do better,” and they did! Nearly 50 years later and these are values that still drive them on to do more for the people they support and challenge the stigma of mental illness.
As their Regional Manager (Learning Disabilities), you will oversee the Supported Accommodation Services. You will provide operational management, leadership and mentorship to the services ensuring the level of support is always of a high-quality. Could you….
