We are looking for experienced carers who are not afraid to take the lead all over the Wirral area.
It is necessary to have the ability to take initiative in emergency cases, to deal with situations and to ensure transparency with your line manager.
You will deal with a variety of things including being in the client’s home for some time and so adaptation to new environment, it’s imperative. Our services are tailored based on clients’ needs. You will provide person-centred care and will ensure the safety of our clients. A smile and a positive atmosphere can make all the difference in the world. You will have the team’s support throughout.
