Job Description

We are recruiting for an Adult Support Worker to join a Supported Living Service supporting adults living with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and complex needs. No experience is needed, as full training is provided.

Location: Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire/Cleveland.

Salary: £9.50 per hour plus £62.64 per sleep (£9.18 per hour for under 23s).

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, part-time & bank hours available.

We are recruiting on behalf of a unique provider who promote independence for adults living with Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health conditions, and complex needs in their own flat or Supported Living scheme.

As an Adult Support Worker, you will encourage the person you support and most of all, have a positive impact on a person’s life. Helping them live life to the full, no matter what the barrier. So, the key criteria for this job is that you are enthusiastic, have a positive personality, you care for the individual you support, and have a passion for working within the sector.

Job Role

  • Ensure their welfare & help keep their routine.
  • Help them to do all the fun activities they enjoy from arts & crafts to film and sports.
  • Help them learn life skills & assist with daily living skills.
  • Preparing meals together & supporting them to appointments.

Adult Team Leader

We are recruiting for an Adult Team Leader to join a Supported Living service for adults living with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions.

Location: Selby, North Yorkshire.

Salary: £10.00 - £12.50 per hour DOE.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

As Team Leader, you will be supporting the Manager to run the service on a daily basis. You will also be involved in carrying out assessments and rota planning.

Criteria

  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience leading/managing/supervising teams within supported living/disabilities service.
  • Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities/Mental Health conditions.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

We are recruiting for a Service Manager to lead a brand-new Supported Living service for adults living with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health conditions, and complex needs.

Location: Selby, North Yorkshire.

Salary: £24K - £30K per annum DOE.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time hours.

As Service Manager, you will oversee a Supported Living service. You will be responsible for supervising your staff team and the individuals they support each day. The role will also include rota planning, budgeting, carrying out assessments, completing care plans and risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with CQC requirements.

Criteria

  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience leading/managing/supervising teams within supported living settings either as Manager, Deputy, or Senior.
  • Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities/Mental Health conditions.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislations & CQC requirements.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
