Job description

We are recruiting for an Adult Team Leader to join a Supported Living service for adults living with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions.

Location: Selby, North Yorkshire.

Salary: £10.00 - £12.50 per hour DOE.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

We are recruiting on behalf of a unique provider who promote independence for adults living with Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health conditions, and complex needs in their own flat or Supported Living scheme. This provider believes that everyone should be themselves no matter what.

As Team Leader, you will be supporting the Manager to run the service on a daily basis. The service is a flat model service supporting 10 individuals of mixed age groups. You will be responsible for supervising your staff team and the individuals they support each day. You will also be involved in carrying out assessments and rota planning.


  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience leading/managing/supervising teams within supported living/disabilities service.
  • Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities/Mental Health conditions.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
