Full-time, In-House Recruitment Consultant job vacancy, Northampton, Northamptonshire – drivers licence essential.

  • £26k - £28k per annum DOE plus bonus scheme based on achieved recruitment/revenue targets.

This job vacancy is perfect for someone from the customer service industry looking to make a change into Health and Social care sector.  The role is approximately a 12-minute commute from the town centre via the A45. We are ideally looking for someone who lives locally and has good knowledge of the local area.

The Role

As our In-House Recruitment Consultant, your role will be to attract the right applicants and guide them through the on-boarding process, you will also support in retaining new carers for our fantastic team. You will play a key role in interviewing and recruiting potential members of the team, promoting our values as a company, and helping the service to grow. The role will involve:

  • To manage all aspects of recruitment and planning recruitment drives.
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates.
  • Carrying out important pre-employment checks such as references and DBS.
  • Ensuring all adverts and marketing material is up to date.
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment database and files.
  • Working towards key recruitment targets.

About You

  • Good IT, communication & organisational skills.
  • A friendly face, who can make people feel at ease during an interview.
  • Experience in managing recruitment campaigns, digital media & networking – not essential.
  • Track record of on-boarding & retaining staff.
