Key Information
The Provider
We are recruiting on behalf of a unique Children’s Residential and Education provider who are totally focussed on positive outcomes, looking forward, and changing children’s lives for the better. They have residential homes across the Carlisle area and each home is either rated as Outstanding or Good by OFSTED making them unique as a provider, but it is testament to their dedication and the wonderful services they have created. Their care model is based around nurturing, providing care, therapy, and education to support vulnerable young people and to help them thrive and have a bright future.
The Home
There are 4 homes across the area, each 4-bedded and supporting boys aged 8 – 14 that have suffered early childhood trauma and abuse. The children are settled and display very little challenging behaviours or violence. Each home is decorated beautifully, has outstanding facilities, and has a homely feel where the children’s personalities can shine through. It also means that working here does not feel like a job at all, it’s a wonderful environment.
This provider has a strong commitment towards developing their fantastic team and offering them a clear career pathway. Recently, 2 Deputies have progressed into Manager roles and with plans to open more homes in the area, who knows, this might just be the start of an exciting rewarding career.
