Your role

People often have the wrong perception of what job Carers do. All our clients are different, and their   needs vary from person to person. From companionship, domestic duties, preparing meals, helping with medication, or enabling them to continue doing the things they love. If you think about everything you do daily, you would be supporting someone to do the same. No 2 days are the same, it is a job that gives you a reason to get up in the morning.

Field Care Supervisor

Field Care Supervisor / Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader living close to the Slough Area of Berkshire.

CQC Rated Outstanding Provider!

You would be joining a national Domiciliary/Homecare Provider and leading brand, that is independently owned and led.  They aim to deliver the very best care available, the sort of care you would want for your own relative.  Everyone of their customers are individual, and as such everyone has individual preferences and needs. They are looking for a Field Care Supervisor that will ensure that the homecare support they provide is delivered the way the customers want it when they want it and is to the highest possible standard.

Key Information

  • Field Care Supervisor - £25-30K per annum, 
  • On call 1 evening per week and 1 weekend in every ¾ weeks 
  • Car Driver Essential.
  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (Could be flexible).
  • On Call once every 4/5 Weeks.
  • 60 Domiciliary Care / Homecare Clients.
  • Some Live in Customers.

Supervising your Team

Your supervisory job is essential to the successful running of the business, we are looking for a true leader of people, someone who can inspire a team and bring out the best in them and mirror the company values.  You will also: -

  • Be responsible for ensuring quality of care delivered.
  • Writing detailed care plans, conducting assessments, and reviewing on a regular basis.
  • Supervising Carers and carrying out spot checks
  • Working closely with the Registered Manager and Care Coordinator to plan the service.
  • Take part in the on-call rota.
  • You will ideally possess a minimum QCF/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Senior Care Assistant or Supervisory experience is essential.

Care Coordinator looking to progress

We are looking for a Care Coordinator who is ready to progress and become a Registered Care Manager for a leading homecare/domiciliary provider.

Location: Dundee, Dundee City, Angus.

Salary: £30K - £34K per annum DOE.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time.

We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic homecare provider part of a national franchise like no other. They have developed an excellent reputation in the local community by helping older adults remain independent in their own homes.

As Registered Manager, we are looking for a candidate who has strong experience in the homecare/domiciliary care sector. You will lead a small team and you will focus on the care and quality side of the service. You will be a motivator, approachable, and someone who has excellent time management skills and is able to prioritise your workload. The job would be ideal for a Care Coordinator, Supervisor, or Deputy ready for a new opportunity or an existing Manager looking for a fresh start.


  • Minimum SVQ Care Services Leadership & Management at SVQ Level 3 or 4.
  • Experience in homecare/domiciliary care sector.
  • Experience as Coordinator/Deputy/Care Manager.
  • Great understanding of safeguarding & Care Inspectorate regulations.
  • Car Driver – essential.
