Job Description

Flexible, Part-Time, Dementia Friend & Companion, Job Vacancy, Nottingham.  No experience needed You do need to BE A CAR DRIVER with your own car.

Could you help Mavis*?

Mavis had a stroke in 2019 and that’s when she was diagnosed with early stages of Dementia. It has made the things she loves doing difficult, and sometimes she cannot quite say the words she’s looking for. She also had a fall earlier in the year and she’s not as steady on her feet as she once was. We have made such a difference to Mavis, we enable her to remain at home in the place she loves, she feels like part of our family. She no longer feels lonely as we spend a minimum of an hour with her on each visit, we have the time to deliver the care and companionship she deserves.

Key Information

  • £10.00 -£11.00 per hour, plus mileage & paid call to call travel time.
  • Double pay on bank holidays & day back in lieu.
  • Flexible, Part-Time Hours available between 7am – 10pm (16-30 Hours per week).
  • Alternate Weekend working.
  • GUARANTEED HOURS available for candidates with the right availability.

Key Information
