Our CEO has over 25-years’ experience at all levels of care delivery, starting as a Support Worker, moving into Senior/Management roles before becoming CEO. She understands what it takes to provide excellent care to the most vulnerable people in society.
As our Relationship Manager you will be great at building strong relationships, you will work with our operations team and external authorities. You will be key to linking local authorities needs to our service and pass opportunities for growth to our directors. You will be responsible for completing mini bids/tenders specific to the authority where we have an opportunity to develop new business. You will manage new enquiries throughout the group, create email marketing, and ensure the social media marketing team are kept up to date with events and relevant news for posting. You will be based in Newark and have many opportunities to work from home.
