We are recruiting for a Service Manager to lead a Supported Living service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Autism, and complex needs.

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.

This job may also suit candidates living close to Newark-on-Trent, Mansfield, Ilkeston, and nearby areas.

Salary: £26K - £30K per annum DOE.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm plus on-call rota.

We are recruiting on behalf of a very well-established organisation who believe that everyone should be themselves no matter what. Disabilities should not be a barrier. They promote independence for the adults they support, who all live in their own flats or supported living schemes.

As Service Manager, you will oversee 12-self-contained flats, supported living service. You will be responsible for supervising the team and the individuals they support each day, rota planning and budgeting, and completing care plans and assessments.

Criteria

  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience managing/supervising teams within supported living settings either as Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior.
  • Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities/Complex Needs.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislations and CQC requirements.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
