Job description

We have an amazing Full Time, Job vacancy for a Registered Children’s Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager, who shows real passion and dedication in supporting the lives of children and young people.


The Residential home is close to the Witney Area of Oxfordshire, along the A40 From Oxford Centre or the Cotswolds.  This position is also commutable from Cheltenham.

Key Information

  • £43,000 - £47,000K per annum
  • Up to 30% Bonus & Outstanding Benefits Package
  • 5% Contributory Pension, Life Insurance, Healthcare Insurance
  • £1000.00 attendance bonus
  • 35 Day’s Annual Leave Entitlement
  • Car Driver Essential
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years managerial experience within Children’s residential care.

Our Oxford Home

This Residential Home is a home we are newly opening.  This will be Registered for up to 7 Children & young people who have social and emotional needs aged between 8-18 years old. Each room has a warm personal touch as well as an ensuite. For those young master chef’s they can show off their cooking skills in the very spacious kitchen, and the whole house can sit and eat together in the open plan dining room. There is a themed games room, with a pool table, as well as a large living room for those film fanatics. Out the back is a fantastic garden, so there is plenty of room for activities, such as basketball, football and even a swimming pool for those hot days.
