We are recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to join a leading homecare/domiciliary provider.

Location: Bath, Somerset.

This job is located about a 30-minute commute from Bath.

Salary: £36K - £42K per annum DOE + incentive bonus.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time.

We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic homecare provider part of a national franchise like no other. Rated Good by the CQC, they have developed an excellent reputation in the local community by helping older adults remain independent in their own homes.

As Registered Manager, you will lead a small, settled team and you will be focussed on quality and ensuring the branch provides the highest standard of care and support possible. The ideal candidate is proactive, a great motivator and people person, and someone with a proven track record in a Senior/Manager role in the homecare sector.   

Criteria

• Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent – essential.
• Experience in homecare/domiciliary care sector – essential.
• Experience as Coordinator/Deputy/Care Manager – essential.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations/compliance – essential.
• Car Driver – essential.
