We are recruiting an Adult Support Worker to join a Supported Living service for adults with Learning Disabilities including Autism.

Location: Portishead, Somerset

Salary: £9.80 per hour.

Job Type: Permanent, part-time hours.

We are recruiting on behalf of a Registered Charity who have grown over a number of decades and now support over 2000 individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, brain injuries, and complex needs. As an Adult Support Worker, you will encourage the person you support, help with their daily living skills, accompany them on activities they enjoy, assist with personal care where required, and domestic duties.

No experience is required but having an awareness of Learning Disabilities is beneficial. Having a positive, empathetic, and resilient personality is essential. You must hold a full driver’s licence.
