We are a not-for-profit organisation with many years’ experience of providing a range of care services to support older adults living in their own homes.  We want to set the benchmark for care in the private sector, helping older adults to stay independent at home for as long as possible, creating lots of happy memories. As we are not for profit, any surplus goes towards improving the pay and benefits of our valued team and developing our services and facilities for our clients.

    Your Role

The role is so varied, and every client is different, but we are happy to talk you through the role and answer any questions if you’re not sure. You could be simply making someone a nice cuppa and being a good companion because you’re the only person they have seen that day. It could be making someone a warm meal, assisting with medication, and personal care. Whatever the task, we’ll make sure you’re fully prepared and supported, so there’s nothing daunting.

    What experience will you need?

Experience is not essential to be a Community Care Assistant as excellent full training (including shadowing shifts with experienced staff) will be given. Having a positive personality and caring nature.

Holding a full driving licence and having access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential as we can tailor rounds of care local to you.

We recognise the importance of investing in our team and allowing them to continue to develop their talents. You will have an opportunity to gain further qualifications and develop professionally, allowing you to shine and giving you the chance to achieve a rewarding career where you make a difference every day.
