Job Description

We are recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager to join an outstanding provider who provide a transitional residential service for people living with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI).

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

Salary: £24,750 per annum.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time.

We are recruiting on behalf of an organisation who have been providing specialist support to people with ABI for over fifteen years and the level of support is to a very high standard. You would be joining a fantastic passionate team, where they have created a positive, supportive environment. In fact, many of the team have been with the organisation since day one.

In this Deputy Home Manager job, you will be key in supporting the Manager to maintain an Outstanding service, but also in the continued growth of the service. This is a transitional rehabilitation service with apartments and bungalows on-site. They provide a high-quality, comfortable home for the people they support to thrive.

Criteria

  • Knowledge of Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, or Acquired Brain Injury.
  • Minimum qualification of QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent / or above.
  • Passion for the sector and delivering outstanding support.
  • A positive disposition & excellent communication skills.

This job will involve travel between sites/homes in the Barnsley, Rotherham, and Chesterfield areas.

Salary: £10.90 per hour.
