We are seeking a Children’s Residential Team Leader to lead a brand-new children’s home.

Location: Stafford, Staffordshire.

This job is a 20-minute commute from Stafford.

Salary: £12.00 per hour + £50 per sleep.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent job, shift pattern.

We are recruiting on behalf of a children’s residential provider with inspirational values and morals. Over the past few years, they have grown steadily and now have 6 residential homes across 2 regions. The homes are all very settled, and all the children are making fantastic progress through their care and support.

As Team Leader/Supervisor, you will be part of a brand-new 4-bedded home registered with OFSTED for children with Social Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD). You will play a key role in supervising and mentoring a team of Support Workers, but more importantly, you will enrich a child’s life, create a safe environment, and help the children achieve a bright, positive future.

Criteria

  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
  • Experience as Support Worker or Senior in a Children’s residential setting.
  • Experience of working with children with SEBD/Learning Disabilities/Mental Health conditions.
  • Driving Licence – preferred, but not essential.
