Clinical Care Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Care Manager to join a Registered Charity with wonderful values.
Location: Epsom, Surrey.
Salary: £42K - £47K per annum DOE + mileage + benefits.
Job Type: Permanent, full-time, 25 – 35-hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading charity who provide much needed respite breaks for carers. Their main goal is admirable; to improve the quality of life for unpaid carers in the local area. The service is rated Good in all areas by CQC which is testament to the quality care they provide and their dedication to always put the interests of carers and the people they care for above everything else.
As Clinical Care Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure that the service is compliant with CQC standards and relevant legislation. You will review and audit care plans, risk assessments, and support the assessment officers with assessments of people with complex needs.
Criteria
- Registered Nurse or be doing nursing apprenticeship – essential.
- Valid & current NMC pin.
- Experience of providing care & support to people with varying and complex needs.
- Excellent knowledge & experience of CQC requirements.
- Full driving licence & access to a vehicle.
