Job description

Full-time, In-House Recruiter job vacancy, based from the Bagshot area of Surrey.  This job vacancy is commutable from Bracknell, Woking, Camberley or Guildford areas.

  • £26K - £28K per annum DOE.
  • Full-time hours, Monday – Friday 9am – 17:30pm / 8.30 – 17:00

  • Previous Recruitment Consultant or In-House Recruitment Experience.
  • A knowledge of the social care sector would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience in managing recruitment campaigns, digital media & networking.
  • Track record of on-boarding & retaining staff.
  • Good IT, communication & organisational skills required.
  • Personable, outgoing and someone who will be passionate about our brand.

The Role

As our In-House Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant, your role will be to attract, engage and onboard the right applicants to suit our fantastic values.  You will guide them through the role initially, and then through the on-boarding process.  You will also support in retaining new carers for our fantastic team. You will play a key role in interviewing and recruiting potential members of the team, promoting our values as a company, and helping the service to grow. The role will involve:

  • To manage all aspects of recruitment and planning recruitment drives.
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates.
  • Carrying out important pre-employment checks such as references and DBS.
  • Ensuring all adverts and marketing material is up to date.
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment database and files.
  • Working towards key recruitment targets.
  • Monitoring and tracking of applicants and recruitment sources.
