Full-time, In-House Recruiter job vacancy, based from the Bagshot area of Surrey. This job vacancy is commutable from Bracknell, Woking, Camberley or Guildford areas.
As our In-House Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant, your role will be to attract, engage and onboard the right applicants to suit our fantastic values. You will guide them through the role initially, and then through the on-boarding process. You will also support in retaining new carers for our fantastic team. You will play a key role in interviewing and recruiting potential members of the team, promoting our values as a company, and helping the service to grow. The role will involve:
