Full-time, permanent job vacancy, Registered Care / Branch Manager job vacancy, Woking, Surrey.

We are looking for a talented Registered Care / Branch Manager to join our established, rated “Outstanding” team. It is a pleasure knowing there are people like you who love nothing more than caring for others and working for a service who deliver the highest quality care anyone could wish for.

Key Information & Criteria

  • £33K - £39K per annum DOE plus discretionary bonus.
  • Minimum 18-months experience in previous homecare/domiciliary management essential.
  • Hold Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent or be willing to work towards this.
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills essential.
  • Car driver essential.
  • You will be required to provide on-call support 1 evening per week & 1 weekend per month.
  • We deliver approximately 7500 care hours per month.  
  • Supporting Private clients with no visit less than one hour.

Your Role

As our Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping us grow and develop our service whilst also ensuring that our clients always receive the highest standard of care possible. We are rated Outstanding by the CQC, and we have maintained this rating for 3 inspections in a row, something we are extremely proud of! You will be responsible in ensuring we maintain those high standards. You will also be a positive role model for your team, someone they can look up to, and someone who displays our company values and ethos in all you do.
