Job description

We are looking for an experienced Residential Service Manager living close to the Mitcham area of London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded social care provider who provide specialist care to adults living with learning and physical disabilities.

This role may also be suitable for someone living in Streatham, Croydon, Dulwich and surrounding areas.

Key Information

  • Residential Service Manager, Mitcham, Surrey – Full Time, Job Vacancy
  • £33K - £35K per annum, 37.5 Hours per week.
  • CQC Rated Good
  • Paid Enhanced DBS Check
  • Car Driver Essential
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care
  • Previous experience of Supervising or leading a team.
  • Experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities.
  • Supporting 12 Adults in one large house and a separate bungalow.

The Service

As their Adult Service Manager, you will oversee a residential home which supports up to 12 individuals. The people you will be supporting have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and some who have complex behavioural needs.  You will be responsible for ensuring that the standard of support provided is of the highest standard to help the people they support live life to the full. You will be an inspirational individual with excellent leadership skills to motivate each service to be the best they can.
