Job description

We are recruiting for an Adult Team Leader to join a fantastic organisation who support individuals living with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health conditions, Autism, and Complex Needs.

Location: Livingston, West Lothian.

The job may also appeal to candidates living in the Falkirk and Edinburgh areas.

Salary: £23,639 - £27,316 per annum DOE.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time.

We are recruiting on behalf of a Registered Charity founded over 20-years ago who simply want people to live their best life. The support they provide is completely tailored to the needs of the individual and they want to see every person flourish, supporting dreams and aspirations to become a reality.

As Team Leader, you will lead in the planning and coordination of support for the individuals the service supports, and their families. You will provide supervision for members of your team and ensure that care plans are implemented, and only the highest standard of care and support are provided.


  • Experience in complex Autism, Mental Health & challenging behaviours – essential.
  • Experience working in a complex care setting – essential.
  • SVQ Level 4 Health & Social Care and PDA Leadership & Management – desired.
  • Experience in a Supervisory/Team Leader role – essential.
  • Driving licence – preferred but not essential.
