They are all extremely dedicated and passionate to be seen as the very best and now they want a like-minded person to join their team as a Residential Team Leader.

About You

This job would be ideal for a candidate who currently works for a large provider but is looking for a fresh start with a new provider who really does care and who only employ like-minded people and people who hold the same values. In return, they can promise you that you will work with a like-minded professional who are passionate about working in the Children’s sector. As their Senior/ Residential Team Leader, you will need:

  • Minimum Level 3 in Children & Young People/Children’s Workforce/Children’s Residential.
