We are recruiting for a Registered Children’s Home Manager who would love to lead a children’s residential home and put their own stamp on the service.

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.

Salary: Up to £52K per annum DOE.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time.

We are recruiting on behalf of a children’s provider who have created a modern, 4-bedded, haven for children to grow and flourish. Set in a picturesque location, and with a homely feel, the young people the home supports receive the very best therapeutic support available. There is also lots of fun activities going on and it is a fantastic environment to work.

As Registered Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the team to provide the best care for the children. It is essential that you hold Level 3 Children & Young People / Residential Care, have a minimum of 3-years’ experience in a Children’s Residential setting, and a proven track record in a leadership/management role in a Children’s Residential service.
