The Home & Your Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be joining a home to 4 children and young people aged 7-18 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The home is for both boys and girls. You will help create a safe and loving environment for the children to flourish. You will play a key role in ensuring the children’s welfare and helping the children to achieve positive outcomes. You will be a positive role model to both your team and the children, providing supervision and mentoring to your team.
