Interim Registered Children's Home Manager

We are recruiting for an Interim Registered Children’s Home Manager to join a residential family centre supporting young children and their families.

Location: Bradford, West Bradford.

Salary: £40K - £45K per annum (negotiable).

Job Type: Interim/Temporary potential to be permanent, full-time hours.

We are recruiting on behalf of a residential family centre providing a safe environment for parents and their children who need additional support. They follow the Every Child Matters ambitions for each child and focus on providing positive outcomes for children and their families.

As the interim Registered Manager, you will provide leadership to the service and ensure that the service is compliant with OFSTED legislation and guidelines. The service provides accommodation for up to 5 families with children aged under 8. They require assessments to ensure they have the right support and help until they are discharged from the service.

Criteria

  • Level 5 in Children & Young People or equivalent.
  • Must have experience managing/leading a residential service.
  • Excellent knowledge of OFSTED guidelines & legislation.
  • Car Drivers – preferred.

Team Leader Learning Disabilities

We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join a well-established service supporting adults living with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and complex needs.

Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

Salary: £11.00 per hour + benefits.

Job Type: Permanent, full-time hours, 37.5-hours per week.

We are recruiting on behalf of a Registered Charity who have grown over a number of decades and now support over 2000 individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, brain injuries, and complex needs. They who are truly passionate about doing the best they can for the individuals they support.

As Team Leader, you will be supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and complex needs across a Supported Living Service and adults living in their own homes. You will be key in mentoring and supervising the staff team, ensuring that the highest level of support is provided to your team. The job will also involve travelling between different locations in the area and participating in the on-call rota.

Criteria

  • Minimum 1-years’ experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Physical Disabilities, or Complex Needs - essential.
  • Hold NVQ Level 2 Health & social Care or be working towards.
  • Experience as a Senior/Supervisor/Team Leader - desirable.
  • Being a car driver with access to a vehicle is essential.
