Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Adult Support Worker close to the Low Moor area of Bradford, West Yorkshire. The job is only a short commute from Bradford City Centre (15-minutes via A641).
You do need to be experienced in challenging behaviours and working with adults living with Learning Disabilities. Car drivers preferred.

Adult Support Worker– job description
You may be working with one individual who has a learning disability and challenging behaviour, and the support is always 2 individuals to this one gentleman requiring support. There are also Adult Support Worker job vacancies across two Supported Living services and supporting 2 male adults with Learning Disabilities/Autism. They are wonderful characters and have varied hobbies and activities they like to enjoy such as swimming, trampolining, going to the cinema and more. Part of the role would be encouraging taking part in the things they love and being active. You will also:
- Provide active support and help with daily living skills.
- Supporting with cooking & cleaning skills.
- Managing their finances.
- Supporting with medication.
- Attending appointments with him.
- Personal care is minimal, more prompting support.
Pay rates, hours & benefits
- £9.90 per hour + £65 per sleep.
- Full-time days.
- 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part time).
