About Us

You could be joining a local, family-owned, award-winning homecare provider. We support exclusively private clients living in their own homes and help them to remain independent. Our owner has vast experience in the care sector, so we know what good quality care looks like. Our visits are never rushed. We want to make sure you have time to do your job and you are not rushing from one client to the next. Every one of our visits are high-quality and tailored to each client’s needs. We are on our way to becoming the best care provider in Worcester, but also the best employer. So, we will look after you both professionally and personally.

Could you?

  • Help someone with their morning routine?
  • Assist with personal care which varies from person to person?
  • Prompt someone to take their medication?
  • Help prepare hearty, nutritious meals?
  • Accompany someone on outings, hospital visits, visiting the shops or just for some fresh air?
  • Be a good companion, have a chat and enable a person doing the things they enjoy?

If you can, then you can care. We can talk you through the job and we will always offer you plenty of support, so you feel prepared to go out and do your visits. People often have the wrong perception of what a Carer, Care Assistant & Companion does, but there’s so much to the role that we can tell you.
