Care Coordinator – Schedule Care delivery of the highest standard in Worcester!

We have a Full Time, Permanent job vacancy for an experienced Care Coordinator.  This job is 8.6 miles from Worcester Centre, in the town of Malvern. 

Key Information

  • £22’000 - £25’000 per annum, DOE.
  • On call Allowance.
  • Full Time 37.5 Hours per week.
  • CQC Rated Outstanding & Good.
  • Car Driver Essential.
  • Coordinating using Cold Harbour Software.
  • Previous Experience within a Homecare/Domiciliary Care Branch.
  • Ideally qualified to QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care.

Coordinating Care

  • Assist the Manager in the day to day running of the service
  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Identify areas of growth within the local community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and care workers.
  • Coordinate and Schedule care workers rota’s on a daily and monthly basis
  • Lead and mentor the Field Care Supervisors
  • Identify and report any areas of recruitment needed
  • Entering care workers hours on to the system.
