Full-time, permanent job vacancy, Care Coordinator, Worcester, Worcestershire. Travel throughout the Worcester area will be required. 

We are looking for a talented Care Coordinator to join our fantastic team, working for a service who deliver the highest quality care anyone could wish for.

Your Role

As our Care Coordinator, you will be pivotal in ensuring the coordination of our scheduling service for clients and ensuring continuity of care to our clients. The role will become more office based as our service grows but will initially involve completing care calls. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing weekly rotas & managing care scheduling.
  • Making sure staff absences are covered, allocating extra calls & cancelling calls.
  • Communicating with clients & carers.
  • Helping with the training & induction of new starters.
  • Helping to grow the company & taking on new clients.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Previous experience in a Care Coordinator/Scheduler role – essential.
  • Experience in care at a Team Leader/Supervisor – essential.
  • Holding a driving licence & access to a vehicle – essential.
  • Previous experience in sales/growing a business – desired.
