Full time, Field Care Supervisor job vacancy, Worcester, Worcestershire – Car drivers essential.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care assistant to join our fast-growing, high-quality care company as a Field Care Supervisor. If you have had experience in the care sector and are looking to progress your career this job could be the one for you.

The Role

You will be a mentor and supervisor to our Home Care Assistants, ensuring and supporting them on delivering high quality care to all the clients we support.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supervising a team of home carers, providing support and assistance to new starters and established carers.
  • Providing training and induction to Home Carers in line with our standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Completing Care Assessments.
  • Working alongside the office team with rotas and scheduling.
  • Setting an example of the outstanding care we deliver to our clients, caring as you will want them to care.

What we are looking for in you?

  • At least 1 years’ experience in the domiciliary care setting.
  • NVQ level 3 in Health & Social care, or willing to work towards this.
  • Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
  • A great passion and drive to inspire and develop our Home Care Assistants.
  • Be willing to work full time, including every other weekend.

Key Information

  • £23,400 per annum.
