I would like to express my gratitude to your company for the excellent service I have received. I was very disillusioned with agencies. I had had so many contacting me expressing interest in my CV, putting me forward for roles, to hear nothing more. When I contacted them they couldn't remember my name or what I was applying for. I also went to register with an agency in Sheffield, again I heard nothing. When I did contact them I came away feeling like was an intrusion.
