We are recruiting on behalf of a family-owned children’s residential home provider who support children up to the age of 18 with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Rated Good in all areas by OFSTED, there is a fantastic staff team in place including a Deputy, support team and all the children are settled and making positive progress.
Duties
The home is 4-bedded, and as their Registered Manager, you will be key in helping the home onto the next stage of their development, ensuring the standards of care and support provided by the staff are of the highest quality, and providing strong, inspirational leadership.
Criteria
Minimum 2-years’ experience in a supervisory or Manager post within a Children’s Residential setting or learning disabilities.
Knowledge of OFSTED regulations.
Car Driver – preferred but not essential.
