Your Employer

The owner of the business is very tuned in to their staff team and always considers their well-being, this is something that is very important to them and is testament to the low staff turnover they have always been proud of.  It’s so nice to hear that many of the team have been with the company since they formed 20 years ago.   Throughout the last 20 years they have maintained the same positive ethos: to be at the forefront of providing the best quality homecare to older people in their own homes and making a real difference. They are dedicated to ensuring that the most vulnerable in society who need support, have choice and control in their lives.

Your responsibilities as their Coordinator/Scheduler will involve:

· Identify suitable Care Assistant matches for our homecare clients.
· Scheduling / Coordinating weekly and monthly rotas.
· Re-scheduling around holidays, sickness
Accepting, allocating and processing referrals for new work.
· Talking to the customers on a regular basis.
· Identify recruitment current and future needs.
· Take part in the on-call rota on a rotational basis, 1 week in 4.

What experience is required?

You will need experience in the care sector. Maybe you’re a Senior Care Assistant or Supervisor who is looking to progress and move into a more office-based role? You may also have experience in scheduling/rostering. You will need to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Above all, you should have excellent organisational and planning skills, and have a real passion to provide high quality care and support to those who need it most in the community.

If you are excited by this job vacancy, we would love to hear from you.
