We are looking for a Care Coordinator / Scheduler to join a Domiciliary / Homecare Provider 25 minutes from Peterborough town centre along the A47 then A1 towards the Wittering area of Cambridgeshire.  It is essential that you are a Car Driver for this job vacancy.

This job vacancy may suit a Field Care Supervisor or Senior Care Assistant looking to progress to a more senior office-based role.

About us
We are a privately owned Domiciliary Care Provider currently providing a mixture of Local Authority and Private Home Care Services to the community.  We have a team of 60 Care Assistants and approximately 100 clients.  We mainly provide Homecare but we do also have some Live in Care Packages. 

From our care branch we cover the Peterborough area and surrounding villages.  
We have an outstanding CQC rating, we are very professional and really focus on looking after our staff team, with staff days out, pay increases, training, and development opportunities. Our current Care Manager started with us as a Care Assistant.

Your Role
As our Care Supervisor you will be the link between the office and the community.  You will have excellent communication skills and be a fantastic role model and supervisor to our Carers.  Your role will include:
  • Planning and allocating care calls whilst considering clients’ needs and continuity.
  • Recording changes to the roster.
  • Reporting any concerns to the Supervisors or Registered Manager.
  • Keeping up to date staff availability.
  • The ability to liaise with care staff, customers, families and outside agencies.
  • Updating Care Plans & ensuring the Care Team are following them.
  • Speaking to potential clients about the service we offer.
