Duties
As their Care Coordinator you will have experience of the Care Sector, Admin and computer skills and have a problem-solving brain.
- Managing and Coordinating or Care Assistants Rota’s.
- Ensuring we are covered for holidays and sickness.
- Care Planning & Ensuring compliance at all times.
- Sharing on call which is currently every 7-8 Weeks.
- Keeping accurate records and administrative duties.
- Liaising with clients, families, and outside agencies in a professional & caring manner.
