You would be joining a newly opening home owned by a Social Worker & Teaching Professional who really want to make a difference to looked after children at the highest standard. The Residential Home has been extensively renovated and is close to lots of local amenities. This children’s service provides support to 3 children aged between 8 and 17 with Emotional Behaviour Difficulties EBD. As this is a brand-new service you will have the autonomy to manage the home from the outset.
Criteria
- Experience of working with Children in a Residential Setting.
- Minimum of Level 3 Children & Young People or equivalent.
- Experience at Supervisory or Management level.
- Car Driver.
- Excellent understanding of Ofsted and relevant regulations.
- Ideal for a Deputy Manager wanting to Manage their first home.
