This is a family owned, newly opened Childrens Home looking to appoint their first Registered Manager. The Home has been substantially renovated to accommodate 5 children of mixed gender from the ages of 11-18 with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties / EBD. With 15 years fostering experience the owners decided to open a Childrens Home. They want to use their incredible passion and experience, for supporting Children & Young People to make an impact on their future.
About You
We are looking for someone who is experienced within Childrens Residential Care, who wants an exciting challenge. With a minimum qualification of Level 3 Children & Young People, funding is available for you to complete your Level 5. Applications are welcome from either an experienced Manager, Assistant / Deputy Manager or Team Leader ready to manage their own home. You will have the autonomy to build your own team.
Essential Criteria
- Previous Experience within a Childrens Residential Home Setting.
- Minimum of Level 3 Qualification or above.
- Demonstrable knowledge of working with Ofsted regulations.
- A Natural leader who can inspire and lead a fantastic team.
